Hi, I’m Rebecca

I have spent more than three decades building businesses, managing complex international projects, and bringing people together across cultures.
I co-founded B & L Group, an international engineering project management company, and served as Co-President of the company.
Among the company’s most significant projects was the USA Pavilion at Expo 2010 Shanghai, where B & L Group served as the engineering project management firm. The company also managed China’s first industrial project to achieve LEED Platinum certification.
I founded CPWOMAN, a platform dedicated to women’s career development, personal growth, leadership, and well-being. Building on more than twelve years of work, I continue leading its next chapter with a global vision.
Today, I am based in Honolulu, Hawaii. Through my writing, creative projects, entrepreneurial ventures, brand collaborations, private sessions, and the continued development of CPWOMAN, I bring together decades of experience in entrepreneurship, leadership, and cross-cultural communication to create meaningful connections across people, cultures, and industries.
My goal is to create meaningful work that inspires new perspectives and brings people, ideas, and opportunities together across cultures.
A New Chapter
Six years ago, I came to Hawaii to spend Christmas with my mom. I planned to return to China after the holidays, but the pandemic changed everything.
When I later had the opportunity to return, I chose to stay in Hawaii to care for my mom.
Over the past few years, Hawaii has become home. It has also given me the space to reflect on everything I had built, everything I had learned, and what I wanted to create in this chapter of my life.
Where It All Comes Together
Every chapter of my life has shaped how I see the world today.
My years in business, entrepreneurship, and cross-cultural collaboration taught me how to lead, solve problems, and bring people together across cultures. Building communities taught me the value of trust, meaningful relationships, and a shared sense of purpose. Through CPWOMAN, I have had the opportunity to support women in their career development, personal growth, and well-being.
Every part of my journey continues to shape how I create, lead, and connect with others.
Whatever comes next, I hope they always reflect the values that have guided me throughout my life.
